PRUB-Accumulate
Frequently, multiple stakeholders need to work collaboratively to create inter-linked strategies.
This is achieved using the OpenStrategy system by:
- all stakeholders using the same strategic planning language of PRUB
- each stakeholder (individuals, organisations) creating their local or organisational strategies and SubStrategies within their own PRUB-Validate web-tool
- PRUB-Accumulate interrogating all these separate PRUB-Validates and importing their SubStrategies into a single OpenStrategy (or "PRUB-Accumulate") so that:
- everyone's SubStrategies can be easily shared on-line
- stakeholders can then see what other stakeholders are doing and then get together to collaborate
- group facilitators can identify SubStrategies and/or areas of common interest to multiple stakeholders and guide them towards collaboration
- group facilitators can identify overlaps and gaps in community strategies and guide stakeholders to remove the duplications and/or fill in the gaps
Because each multi-stakeholder group has different requirements for collaborative strategy development and implementation, we recommend you contact us so we can PRUB-Diagnose your specific situation and recommend the most effective approach for you.
We also recommend that you register as a user on this site so that you can view our demo.
