PRUB-Accumulate

Frequently, multiple stakeholders need to work collaboratively to create inter-linked strategies.

This is achieved using the OpenStrategy system by:

  1. all stakeholders using the same strategic planning language of PRUB
  2. each stakeholder (individuals, organisations) creating their local or organisational strategies and SubStrategies within their own PRUB-Validate web-tool
  3. PRUB-Accumulate interrogating all these separate PRUB-Validates and importing their SubStrategies into a single OpenStrategy (or "PRUB-Accumulate") so that:
    1. everyone's SubStrategies can be easily shared on-line
    2. stakeholders can then see what other stakeholders are doing and then get together to collaborate
    3. group facilitators can identify SubStrategies and/or areas of common interest to multiple stakeholders and guide them towards collaboration
    4. group facilitators can identify overlaps and gaps in community strategies and guide stakeholders to remove the duplications and/or fill in the gaps

Because each multi-stakeholder group has different requirements for collaborative strategy development and implementation, we recommend you contact us so we can PRUB-Diagnose your specific situation and recommend the most effective approach for you.

We also recommend that you register as a user on this site so that you can view our demo.  If this resonates with you then we recommend you sign up for PRUB-Basic on-line training so you can develop an understanding of the basics of PRUB-strategic-thinking, download and read extracts from our latest "PRUB and OpenStrategies" booklet and trial the simplified PRUB-Validate web-tool.
